Biography Robert Harbison Power (April 19, 1926-May 13, 1991) was a general partner in the Nut Tree restaurant which was founded by his parents in 1921 in Vacaville, California. A historian, he authored Drake's Landing in California: a Case for San Francisco Bay (1973) and Francis Drake & San Francisco Bay: a Beginning of the British Empire (1974), among other works.
